Sonny Acosta, Jr., Cook III at Alan Wong’s Honolulu, is on his way to the Culinary Institute of America to compete in the Bocuse D’Or competition on Saturday, January 28. Sonny has been hard at work for several months practicing and perfecting his dish under the guidance of Chef Alan. Everyone in the Alan Wong’s Ohana wishes him the best of luck.
